Andrew did an outstanding job! He is professional and proficient in his work. He has much experience in interacting with customers in a way that puts them at ease. He is an asset to the NuBrakes company. Also please consider getting a Dispatch person who is local to the Atlanta area. They would have a better understanding of traffic and the driving demands on the NuBrakes Technician. Kind regards, Kenny L
